The Property
The villa has five AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa is split into two levels and was renovated throughout in 2006.
The main villa has a fully equipped kitchen, three air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is en suite), large air conditioned lounge/dinning room, children’s playroom and balcony overlooking the pool area.
One of the bedrooms in the main villa also has its own private balcony with views of the pool area as well as the children’s play area
The lounge in the main villa has DVD/Video player, full ENGLISH SKY DIGITAL TV plus a portable CD player. The children’s playroom has a Playstation2 as well as a DVD player
Downstairs there are two further air conditioned bedrooms, shower room and air conditioned lounge with through kitchen
The villa has an outdoor kitchen with barbeque, fully working oven, fridge and sink. This is located within a large patio area outside of the main kitchen with a large table for dining.

Prices
Prices are for one week. Bookings are Thursday to Thursday. Prices include linen, which is changed once a week if staying more than one week. The price also includes daily regular pool cleaning and maintenance and all utilities.
